This machine has some functions, such as photoelectron
tracing, automatic deviation rectifying, automatic meter
accounting, adjustable tension, etc. And it is of convenient

polythene, plastic film, composite material, aluminum foil, yew

Main Part Instruction:
 
1.Unwinding part

• Model: single working position with shaft. Unwinding shaft adopt 3 inch pneumatic shaft, Movable releasing base with automatically correcting and whole body movable.
• Tension control: releasing tension adopt 50N.m magnetic powder brake, tension controller can adjust the coil releasing tension, keeping sure a certain tension.
• Correct system: correcting system can be managed through photoelectric eye, correcting control system, low speed permosyn motor, and ball bolt.

 
2. Main part:
chassis. Wall board, leading roller, press roller, pass by roller, adjust
roller, round cutter dissecting construction, round cutter and straight cutter dissecting construction and motive power unit.

• Leading roller and pressing roller and transport unit together finish driving and transfer the basic material, the roller diameter isφ90mm NBR roller.
• Pass by roller, adjust roller is φ80mm aluminum oxide roller; it's dynamic balance as required.
• Channel roller, straight-line cutting seat, straight cutter and cutting seat
• movable bolt together finish straight line dissecting.
• Main unit adopt 3kw frequency motor.
• Margin material treatment: adopt 0.37air blower to blow it out.

 
3. Rewinding part

• Model: double working position with shaft, reeling shaft adopts 3 inch pneumatic shaft 2 pc.
• Tension control: reeling tension adopt 2pc 100N.m (10 kgs) magnetic powder clutch, tension controller can adjust its tension and keep a certain tension.
• With length counting and self-testing, when reeling reach to the rated length, machine will stop automatically.
